Having trained in the insurance industry, Rachael qualified as ACCA in 1989. Two years working at Bank Of Ireland in Group Credit Control gave her experience across a wide range of sectors.

In 1997, Rachael started her own accounting firm, RMN Accounting Services. Over the intervening period the firm has worked with a variety of small businesses, including Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships and Individuals. Rachael has developed a strong knowledge of industries including construction, management services and consultancy, personal services, food industry and retail – to name but a few.

Claire is a second-year student at Trinity College Dublin where she is studying Business and Polish as part of a dual degree, encompassing a range of economic, management, organisational and financial topics. She has also completed Harvard online courses on mathematics for management and spreadsheet modelling and has received her ECDL certificate.

Claire’s experience coaching children’s gymnastics classes has also taught her leadership and organisational skills.
